Your safety is our top priority! Travel is fun and adventurous but sometimes unexpected and unfortunate things can happen. We want you to have peace of mind knowing you’re covered in the event of something happening. If you have any questions, we’d be happy to answer or discuss with you.
Vegan AF Travel Requirements
Your travel insurance plan must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses for all trips.
For our Jordan trip, your travel insurance must include “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage.
Vegan AF Travel Recommendations
We recommend you select a plan that covers you in the event you contract COVID-19 abroad and will need to quarantine.
We recommend selecting a plan that includes additional coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, and for lost or stolen personal property.
If you have an unpredictable work situation or foresee an event where you may potentially need to cancel last minute, we recommend a plan that includes “cancel for any reason” coverage.
We do not accept travel insurance provided by your credit card, as it typically does not cover all of the above. All travelers are responsible for reviewing the details of their travel insurance policy to ensure it covers all activities listed in the trip itinerary, including optional activities, and that no exclusion clauses limit their coverage. Travelers are solely responsible for confirming that their insurance meets Vegan AF’s requirements.
WHEN TO BUY
Many insurance companies will only insure your trip within a certain window of booking, so we highly recommend acquiring travel insurance the moment you book your trip.At the very latest, you must provide us with proof of insurance no later than 90 days before your trip begins.
